The driving force behind Kinda Collective has always been to use some of the revenue raised from the sale of our coffee and our collective experience to support community projects that have the opportunity to change lives.
So far in our first year, we have:
Launched a coffee collaboration with Wingmen to help support the amazing service they provide.
Wingmen are a team of mental health volunteers who understand that by providing you with a connection, we can try and prevent your issues from escalating.

And..
For the last few months Terry has joined the mentoring programme for the The Diana Award.
The Diana Award mentoring sessions collaborate with professional volunteer mentors to deliver mentoring interventions and careers skills development programmes for young people aged 14-18 who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). With the aims to Improve workplace readiness, instill active citizenship and increase social mobility. Through weekly sessions mentors and young people come together to take part in fun activities and explore the world of work, life outside of school and their future plans!
Terry said "This programme has been incredibly eye opening at times, understanding the challenges that these young people face in the current social and economic climate is a huge issue that is only going to worsen if we do nothing to change it.
Having the opportunity to discuss these challenges and share my experience and knowledge I hope that I have, if only in a small way, inspired these young people to rise above the challenges and find their way into the world of work.
On a personal level, I have found the experience incredibly inspiring, rewarding and educational, and I would encourage anyone who has the time and opportunity to get involved."
